Requirements

• Expertise in Kronos Integration (UKG Pro Workforce Management) with Dell Boomi Integration
• Experience in building integrations in Dell Boomi like Employee Import, Payroll expert, schedule Import, Accrual Reset, Leave Import etc
• Exp in setting up Postman setup, Encryption and Decryption of source files
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components
• Exp in SQL Programming language
• Exp in Agile Methodology

Responsibilities

• Perform hands on technical design, IRD/IDD preparation, prototyping, POC and development tasks
• Conduct code reviews with technical leads to ensure developed code meets customers business requirements
• Document design, code consistently throughout the design/development process
• Adhere to best practices constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking during an assignment
• Adhere to instruction/expectations around administrative activities such as time entry, HR tools etc
