Summary
Join Airwallex's U.S. Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations Team as one of the first points of contact for new customers, assisting them with their application process to open an Airwallex account. You will perform KYC screenings, document client information according to U.S. regulations, and liaise with customers via email and Slack. This role requires strong attention to detail, AML/KYC knowledge, and experience in operations. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Operations
- AML/KYC knowledge & experience
- Excellent focus on attention to detail with the ability to identify quality gaps and clearly provide feedback and coaching to individuals
- A knack for identifying process improvement opportunities and an ability to proactively share feedback and ideas with management to help drive change
- The willingness to learn new Compliance processes and develop skills at a fast pace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/ Google spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers via email and Slack to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience
- Collect key information (data entry) and help execute our global operations processes
- Support our KYC analysts with subject matter expertise and escalations support
- Manage and execute our Quality Assurance (QA) program
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable with the occasional SQL query
