Summary

The job is for a Planning Manager at Trendyol Express, a customer-oriented delivery platform. The role involves resource and capacity planning, headcount planning, feasibility studies, performance analysis, process improvement, budget management, IT equipment and transportation materials planning, KPI tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the logistics and distribution sectors, strong analytical skills, good team player with communication skills, fluent in English, and proficient in MS Office applications.

Requirements

• Graduation from Engineering faculties (preferably industrial engineering)
• At least 3 years of experience in the planning department
• Preferably with work experience in the logistics and distribution sectors
• Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge)
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

Responsibilities

• Short term, long term resource and capacity planning
• Headcount planning
• Feasibility studies to determine new xdocks locations
• Performance analysis and process improvement
• Improve planning and reporting tools
• Budget management
• IT equipment and transportation materials planning
• KPI Tracking and reporting
