You will play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable product development by guiding customers on using our software for Life Cycle Assessments. This customer-facing role involves providing expert consultation, training, and workflow optimization. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams and contribute to thought leadership in the industry. This is a permanent, remote-friendly position requiring East Coast working hours. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (ISO 14040/44), carbon footprinting, and environmental impact assessment
- Comfortable using and guiding others on LCA tools and SaaS platforms, ensuring customers can extract maximum value
- Experience in a consultative, customer-facing role (e.g., sustainability consulting, customer success, or technical support)
- Ability to interpret LCA outputs, identify impact hotspots, and provide actionable sustainability recommendations
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong ability to explain complex concepts simply, engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide hands-on training
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Residing in and legally permitted to work in the US (Chicago or East Coast Specific)
Responsibilities
- Guide customers on how to effectively use our software for Life Cycle Assessments, eliminating the need for manual calculations
- Act as an expert resource, helping customers interpret LCA results, optimize sustainability strategies, and comply with industry standards
- Deliver hands-on training, workshops, and best-practice guidance to ensure successful adoption of our platform
- Help businesses transition from traditional LCA methods to automated, software-driven processes, improving efficiency and accuracy
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine our platform based on user needs and industry trends
- Support customers in generating automated sustainability reports for compliance, internal strategy, and stakeholder communication
- Stay ahead of LCA advancements and represent the company in industry discussions, webinars, and customer advisory sessions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with manufacturing, consumer goods, or supply chain industries on sustainability initiatives
