  • Extensive Technical Experience: You'll have over 7 years in technical roles, with significant experience leading and governing low-code development and process automation initiatives
  • Proven Platform Proficiency: You're experienced in designing, implementing, and managing low-code applications and process automation workflows on enterprise-grade platforms such as OutSystems, Workato, or Mendix
  • Integration Expertise: You possess a solid understanding of common integration techniques and technologies, including IPaaS, GraphQL, ETL, APIs, and connectors
  • Automation Tool Knowledge: You're familiar with process automation tools like RPA and Workflow automation, and process modelling methodologies like BPMN
  • Governance and Security Acumen: You have experience with security and governance practices for low-code and automation platforms, ensuring compliance and operational standards are met

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a clear technical vision and roadmap for low-code platform adoption, governance, and integration
  • Collaborate with business users and citizen developers to refine and validate their low-code application and automation designs
  • Steer the technical evolution of Envato's automation platforms, focusing on streamlining business processes and enhancing capabilities
  • Educate and empower team members and stakeholders on emerging low-code platforms, automation tools, and industry best practices
  • Apply a deep understanding of Envato's commercial objectives to inform low-code and automation strategies and investments
  • Demonstrate mature problem-solving skills, balancing commercial needs with sound technical decisions for low-code/automation solutions
  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and mentorship to reports, contractors, citizen developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
  • Champion Envato's values and behaviours, fostering a culture of responsible low-code adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Lead the successful delivery of low-code application development and process automation initiatives, often within cross-functional team environments
  • Ensure all low-code solutions and automated processes adhere to Envato's operational standards for governance, security, and maintainability
