Requirements

• Proven experience in a lead role, with a successful track record in developing and scaling large public blockchain networks
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive engineering teams toward successful project outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly with a focus on security, performance, and scalability

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of our public blockchain network, from design through to deployment
