Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret data as well as provide insights
• Demonstrated experience in analysis, conclusion, and recommend actions
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and experience presenting formally
• Proven track record of successfully managing, developing, and implementing Cloud best practices
• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teams across different locations and cultures
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences including highly technical Professionals, Developers, and Architects
• Ability to navigate and translate complex issues and create collaborative, cross-functional solutions
• Deep analytical skill and a passion for gathering information from various sources; analysing and presenting recommendations to leadership to drive process improvements
• Experience in process improvement identification, recommendations, and implementation
• A good understanding of Change, configuration, and other related processes
• Experience using ticketing system like service now, Jira etc

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the technical, peripheral, and management aspects of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps requirements
• Drive efficiency, security, and collaboration within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in relevant technologies
• Managing People: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide team members
