Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a strategic employee experience role, ideally involving employee experience or digital workplace solutions
  • Strong understanding of the employee experience landscape, including key challenges, trends, and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Willingness and ability to work in a quota-carrying sales and renewals role
  • Proven track record of success interacting with customers in a pre / post sales capacity

Responsibilities

  • Drive Fullstory's growth in the employee experience market by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including market analysis, target audience identification, and compelling messaging that resonates with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, partnerships, marketing, and sales) to ensure seamless solution launches, ongoing product development aligned with customer needs, and achievement of shared business objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on high-potential opportunities within Fullstory's existing customer base and target new accounts through data-driven propensity analysis, proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective pipeline management
  • Define and execute winning sales and deployment strategies that encompass developing customized proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, negotiating enterprise-level deals, and consistently exceeding revenue targets to expand Fullstory's market share
  • In terms of customer lifecycle, this role acts as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across various departments (IT, HR, etc.) to understand their unique employee experience challenges and demonstrate the value of Fullstory in addressing them
