Join Coupa as a Lead Solution Architect specializing in Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) product deployments. Guide global enterprises in designing and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes. Define procurement strategies, lead functional design, and ensure successful implementations. Mentor solution architects, provide industry best practices, and strengthen customer/partner relationships. Contribute to improving implementation frameworks and best practices. This role involves up to 30% travel.

Requirements

  • 12+ yearsโ€™ consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice, either as part of a procurement organization or a consulting firm or software provider
  • Extremely strong client management skills and be able to guide customers through best practice driven design processes that lead towards a rapid, successful go live
  • Experience prototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and delivering procurement systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Self-starter and quick learner, must be able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes in a fast paced and passionate environment
  • Highly organized with the ability/experience to manage multiple simultaneous Enterprise projects
  • May require some flexibility in working hours due to Americasโ€™ time zones

Responsibilities

  • Enable customers in designing, configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes
  • Guide some of the largest companies in the world in defining the processes they use to manage their Procurement activities
  • Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation solution architecture towards a successful, on-time implementation, taking into consideration Suite Synergy opportunities
  • Oversee all functional design aspects of implementation by taking the lead in managing and mentoring workstream solution architects from both Coupa and partner teams, ensuring a successful delivery of the project scope
  • Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners and customers
  • Create and/or improve implementation templates, best practices, training and presentations and be a champion for their adoption
  • Manage customers where up to 30% of your time may include travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous senior consulting experience with Coupa or similar E-Procurement solutions (SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, GEP)
  • Experience with Expense Management and/or Spend Analytics
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
