Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a Producer in mobile games, ideally in a startup or hybrid-casual environment
- Comfortable in fast-moving teams. You don’t wait for instructions, you take initiative, solve problems, and push things forward
- Thinks in Gantt charts, MVPs, test results, and kill criteria
- Strong understanding of the business of games: how ad monetization and UA work, what moves LTV, what kills games
- You’re obsessed with outcomes, not with running clean meetings or ticking off task lists
- Confident in prioritizing by ROI, not gut feeling or feature wishlist
- Excellent communicator, able to challenge teams with the right mix of data, context, and urgency
- You naturally connect strategy to tactics, helping game teams make decisions that move the company forward
Responsibilities
- Be the operational enabler in our game teams: reduce friction, unblock decisions, and increase the speed of validated learning
- Own the tactical coordination across multiple live and in-development games. Not only by managing processes, but by driving momentum, clarity, and ROI
- Build and maintain lean production systems that help us run fast, ship often, and focus on what matters: revenue, retention, and LTV
- Coach and grow producers and cross-functional teams. Not through rigid playbooks, but by helping them think in MVPs, risks, and impact
- Partner with Product, Art, Design, Growth, and BI to align on what to build, what to kill, and what to double down on
- Challenge teams to validate ideas early, run smart experiments, and kill fast when needed
- Bring budget awareness and prioritization to the table. Not as a blocker, but as a compass for high-leverage decisions
- Own external production pipelines and partners where relevant, with a focus on speed, quality, and ROI
