Summary

Join Correlation One as a part-time, remote instructor and shape the future of the AI economy! You will lead engaging virtual lectures for approximately 25 employees at a leading Private Equity firm, focusing on data-related topics. The role involves preparing and delivering bi-weekly live sessions, providing learner support, reviewing projects, and attending graduation. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication and teaching skills in a virtual environment, along with a data practitioner background. This is a paid position with flexible hours, located remotely, preferably in Europe. The specific compensation will depend on location, experience, education, and skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead live lectures on a bi-weekly basis
  • Provide learner support
  • Meet and communicate with Correlation One prior to the beginning of the program to coordinate on the logistical details of teaching the program
  • Participate in Instructor onboarding sessions and review any onboarding materials before live sessions begin
  • Review the program materials prior to the beginning of the program to familiarize themselves with the content and prepare themselves to lead the live sessions
  • Reach out to the Correlation One team if any additional meeting time is needed to go over live session content and prepare properly
  • Attend and lead all live sessions
  • Attend graduation and listen to the final presentations & provide feedback to the C1 team on projects/learners to highlight
  • Have time set aside each week (at least ~1hr per week) for learner appointments; learners can sign up on an as-needed basis via Calendly or other scheduling software
  • Answer questions via email or office hour appointments related to live sessions content or project development if a learner asks you
  • Review the student's project deliverables (2 total) and provide feedback on it via email
