• Prior lead experience supporting a team of 5+ individuals
• Ability to work within a system of other team leads to align deadlines, disperse work, give direction, etc
• Expertise within SQL database

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and coordinate Java development
• Technical analysis of development, issue mitigation
• Lead team of 5+ individuals and direct workload accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience and knowledge within healthcare is desirable
