Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field with 4+ years experience or 7+ years equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL (DML, DDL, query optimization)
  • Intermediate proficiency with a statistical language; Python preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Tableau
  • Proven ability to position oneself to advise and teach across a data organization
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own new and sustainable analytical capabilities for company data strategy
  • Own audits to identify trends and concerns, apply standardized practices and reinforce best methods for data analytics
  • Stay current with latest trends and developments in data analytics
  • Answer challenging business questions daily with data and recommendations through reporting and analysis
  • The reporting created should be visually intuitive, diagnostic in design and simple to use
  • Analysis should exhibit concise storytelling with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Lending sales, underwriting and servicing experience is strongly preferred
