Summary

Join Superads, Superside's AI-powered creative analytics platform, as their Product Designer. You will lead the design of intuitive, data-rich experiences, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams. This high-impact role requires expertise in designing SaaS or data-heavy products and translating complex data into accessible visuals. You will conduct user research, prototype designs, and establish design guidelines. Requirements

  • 4 + years designing SaaS or data‑heavy products; experience with analytics, AI or martech is a plus
  • A portfolio that shows you can turn messy, quantitative inputs into clear, opinionated UX
  • Fluency in qualitative & quantitative research, experiment design and KPI definition
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, drive alignment and push work forward as a team of one
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
  • Growth mindset, high agency and comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design efforts—from product discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and handoff
  • Drive continuous discovery: conduct user interviews, map jobs-to-be-done, and turn insights into product hypotheses
  • Design AI-powered workflows, including agentic chat, dashboards, and creative breakdown reports, optimized for clarity, trust, and speed to insight
  • Translate complex data and ML outputs into intuitive, accessible visuals (e.g. heatmaps, narrative summaries, visual comparisons)
  • Prototype in tools like Figma, Framer, or lightweight code to de-risk ideas quickly and iterate fast
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure scalability and consistency across the product
  • Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
  • Champion a product-led, business-focused design culture by tying your work to measurable customer and revenue outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience designing SaaS products, ideally with a focus on data-heavy or analytics tools
  • A portfolio that shows you can simplify complexity and design with intent, especially around quantitative data and insights
  • Experience working with AI or martech products is a strong plus
  • Strength in both qualitative and quantitative research, with the ability to define and measure success
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions
  • High ownership, initiative, and comfort with ambiguity in startup or scale-up environments
