Summary

Circle is hiring a Product Manager to build new API products that enable developers to create Crypto-powered applications using Circle's infrastructure. The role involves engaging with ecosystem developers, defining product vision and roadmap, staying updated on frontier blockchain technologies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of product management or entrepreneurship experience, with 2+ years of building in crypto, preferably developer infrastructure tools or a protocol
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a software developer or have previous expertise building products for developers
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies
• Fantastic communicator both verbally and in writing
• Detail-oriented, highly analytical and comfortable digging into data
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment with teams spanning multiple time-zones

Responsibilities

• Build new API products that make it easy for developers to build Crypto-powered applications
• Engage with ecosystem developers to understand how Circle can support them
• Own the product vision, feature set, and roadmap for developer products
• Deep dive and stay up-to-date on what's happening at the frontier of blockchain technologies
• Define what a great developer experience is for both experienced and new developers
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, treasury & marketing to get these products to market

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500 for Lead Product Manager and Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000 for Principal Product Manager
• Annual Bonus Target: 15% for Lead Product Manager and Annual Bonus Target: 17.5% for Principal Product Manager
• Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy
