Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Expertise in supply chain platforms like BlueYonder (JDA), BluJay, Llamasoft, TMS, WMS, or SCM systems
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading development teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience translating business needs into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of supply chain systems like BlueYonder (JDA) and BluJay (TMS)
• Provide technical direction and ensure best practices across design, coding, and deployment
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and lead Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align tasks with business needs
• Design efficient solutions and manage development projects
• Streamline operations through system integration with ERPs and CRMs
• Implement automation to enhance workflows and reduce manual processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of ERP systems integration and data flow management
