Requirements
- 6–10 years in a software engineering individual contributor role
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
- Proven record of delivering large-scale, resilient enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in working with LLMs through prompt engineering, LangChain / LangGraph (or similar agentic libraries), integrating LLM-based reasoning, RAG, vector embeddings, and designing and implementing knowledge graphs
- Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, neo4j
- Experience with TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS
- Understanding of responsive/adaptive design, HTTP, WebSockets & browser APIs
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Skaffold, OpenTelemetry, CI/CD, Auth (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2.0)
- Understanding of web application and networking security (OWASP)
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product experiences, iterating on features from data acquisition and transformation through user interactions
- Develop multi-step, LLM-based workflows incorporating structured logic, memory, and context from various data sources
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers on the nuances of agentic UX
- Be comfortable with ambiguity in a highly dynamic agentic/LLM development space and apply daily learnings to deliver groundbreaking product features
- Deeply understand customers’ needs and partner with internal stakeholders to craft and validate new product hypotheses
- Author contributions that can be safely and automatically promoted from development to production, in close partnership with quality assurance & site reliability engineers
- Ensure services and applications are production grade - instrumented with logging, tracing, and metrics to ensure they are diagnosable and continuously monitored
