Lead Solutions Architect

Summary

Join Celonis, a leading Process Mining software company, as a Lead Solutions Architect. You will work with enterprise customers to ensure their technical readiness for the Celonis platform, act as a technical customer advocate, and partner with product and engineering teams to identify new features relevant for assigned customers.

Requirements

• A Bachelors (required) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline with 6+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar area
• Strong customer facing skills earning the trust of assigned accounts through polished professionalism
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture across full cloud, hybrid, and on-premise deployment scenarios, especially with regards to scalability
• Experience & interest in working with modern tech stack & methods like REST/SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO/SCIM, IT Security, Python, Agile, etc
• Proficient with SQL & Python as well as with data pipelines & ETL processes for large volumes of data
• Knowledgeable about security and compliance topics for enterprise applications
• A solution-oriented professional that enjoys deep technical discussions as much as transferring your technical knowledge into understandable terms to a broader audience

Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise customers serving as a technical customer advocate as part of the customer value journey
• Lead technical discussions with customers to identify key system architecture components; propose and help customers build solutions that unblock deployments
• Act as an expert in Celonis products relevant to assigned customers, including being familiar with the underlying source code
• Partner with our product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new product features relevant for assigned customers
• Leverage product knowledge to drive technical solutions and acting as a first line of expert support
• Establish integrations to customer source systems via APIs, Python, and Celonis internal integration solutions
• Advise customers of authentication and user/group management and provisioning solutions for the Celonis platform
• Develop best practices & blueprints that can be used internally & externally to enable the full Celonis ecosystem
• Builds strong internal cross functional relationships relaying customer needs to be addressed across Go-to-Market and PnE organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in financial services
