Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional Unreal game development experience
- Good working knowledge of Unreal editor scripting / tool development
- Experience working with Source Control (Perforce, Git, SVN)
- Strong debugging skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to make critical artistic and process decisions
Responsibilities
- Work closely with game artists
- Contribute to the resolution of technical issues in Unreal Engine
- Help make the most beautiful game possible under tough technical constraints
- Anticipate artists' needs and create user-friendly tools for artists in Unreal Engine
- Work to improve core systems such as Animation, Characters, UI and Environment
- Optimize 3D assets, memory and game performance
- Refine our art production pipeline
- Help with integration of assets into the game engine
