Leadership Coach

Summary

Join Torch, a fast-growing SaaS startup, as a Leadership Coach! You'll empower and guide leaders through personal and professional transformations, leveraging behavioral science-based tools. Engagements typically last 6-12 months, with flexible scheduling within regular business hours. Torch offers a supportive community, ongoing development opportunities, and access to coaching engagements with minimal out-of-session work. This role requires ICF-accredited coaching certification, substantial leadership coaching experience, and a minimum of 300 coaching hours. A strong internet connection and a private space for client sessions are also essential.

Requirements

• Have a rock-solid internet connection (for video conferencing)
• Have a confidential space for hosting client sessions via our platform
• Be comfortable learning new technology
• Have a personal history of professional leadership experience
• ICF-accredited coaching certification and substantial experience coaching leaders at multiple levels
• ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC credential or equivalent through another coaching governing body (e.g., EMCC)
• Minimum of 300 coaching hours
• 5 or more years of experience in managerial experience in the technology sector
• Excellent ability to learn new technology platforms and self-efficient

Responsibilities

• Coach participants by empowering, guiding, and supporting their transformation both personally and professionally
• Help Torch participants identify interpersonal challenges
• Define concrete goals for participants
• Provide thought partnership and accountability to accelerate their leadership journeys
• Offer coaching sessions during regular business hours
• Be an active member of our coaching community, bringing a unique perspective and/or representation
• Utilize behavioral science-based tools
• Conduct sessions in English and other languages (highly welcome)

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Human Development, Organizational Development, MBA, or a related field
