Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with legal research databases and tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for the legal team
• Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
• Manage and maintain the legal department's database and filing system
• Assist with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars
• Coordinate legal team meetings and maintain meeting minutes
• Assist with the coordination and preparation of legal presentations and workshops
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments related to blockchain technology and climate change

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of blockchain technology and/or climate change
• Previous experience in a legal or administrative role
