Summary
Join Gameloft's Bucharest studio as a Legal Counsel and provide legal support to various departments. You will draft and review contracts, handle legal formalities, prepare legal documents, and collaborate with departments to ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in law, 2-4 years of relevant experience in an international setting, and strong English communication skills. Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and an interest in technology and gaming are also essential. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law
- 2-4 years of experience in an international company or a law firm with an international market with a focus on drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- English speaking and writing
- Problem-solving
- Good communication
- Interest in new technologies and the gaming industry
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Legal support to local departments
- Drafting and reviewing different types of contracts relating to billing services, license, freelancers, marketing, outsourcing, game development, purchase of goods and services, lease, and services
- Draws formalities prescribed by law in the conduct of legal transactions at the Trade Register
- Draws up / prepares documents required by local labor legislation
- Draws up legal form of documentation / presentation / comparison / reports
- Collaborating with all departments within the company to ensure the development of their activity in accordance with national and international legislation in force
