Requirements

  • Possess a European law degree
  • Have robust and proven experience with commercial law
  • Demonstrate strong familiarity with GDPR
  • Possess the ability and awareness to know when to engage outside counsel
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, agile, international legal role
  • Be highly organized
  • Be a business enabler

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate commercial agreements with vendors
  • Work with outside counsel on employment matters
  • Lead privacy audits with third parties
  • Prioritize and act on a wide variety of legal issues, ranging from seemingly trivial to mission-critical
