Legal Counsel

Summary

You will review and negotiate client and vendor contracts, manage contract administration, handle intellectual property aspects, and conduct legal research. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial contracts worldwide
• Strong background in legal support of intellectual property administration, including protection and regulatory compliance
• Master of Laws (LLM) or Master of International Law (MIL)
• Upper-Intermediate English is essential

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate on client and vendor contracts
• Manage and oversee contract administration
• Handle the legal aspects of intellectual property assets
• Conduct legal research and knowledge base enrichment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an IT in-house lawyer
• Familiarity with online marketing and ads
• Working knowledge of the US legal environment
