  • Adherence to high ethical standards and professional conduct
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, vendor agreements and other relevant legal documents
  • Providing legal advice to internal departments on legal issues related to personnel and business operations
  • Working closely with other departments, such as Human Resources and Finance, to ensure comprehensive management of legal matters
  • Developing and maintaining internal policies and procedures that comply with laws and protect the company's interests
  • Identifying and managing legal risks associated with staffing company activities
  • Ensuring the company complies with applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Participating in the resolution of legal disputes
  • Providing internal training on legal issues relevant to staff and management
  • Conducting periodic legal audits to assess regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks
  • Conducting internal investigations in cases of policy violations or legal disputes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the staffing industry, employment regulations, and labor market trends
  • Experience in start-ups
