Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on digital assets, fintech, or financial services
- Experience in advising on blockchain technology, staking, DeFi, and token-related matters
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks impacting digital assets
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a legal advisory capacity
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating regulatory and legal risks in emerging markets
- Already based in APAC, DubaΓ― or Emirates
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on crypto-native regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into the product development lifecycle
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, including staking agreements, partnerships, and SaaS contracts
- Advise internal stakeholders on compliance with digital asset regulations
- Conduct legal research on blockchain regulations and evolving legal standards in the industry
- Support product and business teams in structuring new offerings within regulatory constraints
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with product launches and new market entries
- Liaise with external counsel as needed for complex legal matters
- Assist in corporate governance, data protection, and intellectual property strategies
- Develop internal policies and best practices to ensure legal compliance across business operations
