Legal Counsel

Summary

Join WorkMotion's Legal Team as a fully remote Legal Counsel for a minimum of 6 months. This role focuses on international labor law and requires supporting various teams with legal questions, contributing to legal projects, and preparing legal documents. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and bar exam, experience in labor law, and strong analytical skills. Requirements

• Law degree and Bar exam
• Experience in labor law
• Interest in GDPR
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, distributed team
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French

Responsibilities

• Supporting our Operation Team with all questions during the lifecycle of our employees in various jurisdictions (from revising and amending employment agreements to termination matters)
• Supporting Sales and Customer Success teams
• Contributing to the work of the Legal Team regarding a variety of legal projects
• Preparing legal documents and assisting in the coordination of legal advice and strategy
