Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
  • 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and employment law
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to balance legal risks with business objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements
  • Assisting in providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics (e.g., fintech, labor laws, employment law, corporate matters, etc.)
  • General HR and employment law support
  • Handling and assisting with a variety of other issues and projects as they arise, including product, sales, and litigation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial transactions preferred
  • Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus
