Summary

Join Valon’s Legal, Risk, and Compliance team as a Lending Compliance Analyst and become the lending expert of TRID disclosure timelines. You will work closely with business partners to drive compliance functions, including disclosure reviews and testing, ECOA monitoring, interest rate lock reconciliation, and more. The role requires 3+ years of Encompass experience and a working knowledge of TRID disclosure timelines. Requirements

  • To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of Encompass experience
  • Understand MCR and HMDA submission
  • Have a working knowledge of TRID disclosure timelines
  • You can own the administrator role for FHA Connection and VA’s VALERI systems

Responsibilities

  • Own and become the lending expert of TRID disclosure timelines
  • Understand and assist MLOs on fee analysis
  • Monitor for ECOA compliance
  • Review and reconcile interest rate locks
  • Perform Encompass billing reconciliations
  • Review and manage Adverse Action second level reviews
  • Monitor and test the lending change management process
  • Perform targeted compliance testing as needed
  • Assist regulatory submissions of HMDA data and NMLS Call Reports
  • Assist with state required reporting as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the Vesta LOS preferred, but not required
