Level 1 IT Technician

Summary

Join ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa as a Level 1 IT Technician, supporting a leading USA healthcare provider. This remote role, for South African citizens only, requires managing user access, troubleshooting systems, and handling system integrations. You will collaborate with internal IT departments, ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution. The position demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience in IT support and specific systems. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (3:00 pm to midnight South African time), subject to change. A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a reliable power backup solution are mandatory.

Requirements

• Have previous IT support experience, especially with systems such as Sunwave, CTM, and Care Intake
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Be familiar with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting processes
• Handle high call volumes while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement
