  • Working with experienced developers to push innovation, agency, quality, and fidelity for next-gen gameplay and storytelling
  • Having a cinematic eye and conceptualizing and pitching game systems and mechanics
  • Having ownership of your content and bringing levels and features to shipping quality
  • Being creative, proactive, a generalist, and responsible
