Licencing Submission Coordinator

• EXTREMELY organised with explicit attention to detail
• Willing to follow procedures; this role isn't creative but task-oriented
• Task-oriented experience in a fast-paced environment with many components
• Proficient in Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, etc
• Someone with experience managing your own schedule and to-do list
• Someone with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly in team meetings and one-on-ones

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all licensed approvals across all licensor systems
• Assign next steps/revisions to designers as needed
• Review all outstanding submissions and push through the next steps/give status reports to the team
• Support the product development team in any way necessary, including pulling images, compiling data, etc

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous licensing experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite

Benefits

• $1600 - $2000 per month salary
