License Compliance Analyst

Join Chaos, the world's largest 3D visualization software company, as a License Compliance Analyst! Based in Bulgaria or Macedonia with hybrid/remote options, you'll identify and qualify software compliance cases, conduct thorough research, and ensure cases are passed to the sales team. This junior role demands strong data analysis, research, and attention to detail. You will maintain detailed records, locate relevant contacts, create sales opportunities, and track monthly qualified cases. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and investigative skills and experience with CRM and CMS software.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Business, Law, IT, or related)
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to verify potential compliance violations
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively
• Experience with CRM software, CMS, and online research tools
• Proficiency in using Google Apps, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms for research
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload efficiently

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify compliance cases by analyzing our Case Management System (CMS) data
• Conduct online research to validate potential license violations and ensure accurate company/user information
• Maintain and update detailed records in the company CRM system and other compliance tracking tools
• Locate relevant contacts for the identified cases and facilitate outreach where necessary
• Create and assign opportunities in the company CRM system to the appropriate sales representatives
• Track and report the monthly number of qualified cases, aligning with KPI targets
• Ensure compliance processes adhere to internal policies and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in research, data analysis, sales support, or compliance roles is an advantage
• Experience with Case Management Systems will be considered a plus
• Customer Relationship Management Systems will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of the software industry or familiarity with software licensing
