Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years in a federally or state-regulated environment (higher education licensing/accreditation experience preferred)
  • Strong background in data analysis and compliance reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory research tools
  • Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and ability to engage with senior leadership and external agencies

Responsibilities

  • Ensure institutions meet all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements by preparing, submitting, and tracking approvals across multiple jurisdictions
  • Review and interpret regulations, assess institutional impact, and propose actionable solutions to leadership
  • Partner with business leaders, faculty, and external agencies to streamline processes and maintain compliance
  • Manage multiple complex projects, mentor new colleagues, and contribute to process improvements
  • Assist in developing policies and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in regulatory submissions
