Summary

Bizforce is hiring a Work-from-Home Architect to collaborate with US-based architectural firms on various projects. The Architect will manage the end-to-end architectural process, produce high-quality drawings and models, stay updated on industry best practices, and communicate effectively with design teams and clients. Requirements

  • Experience in handling projects in the US
  • Architectural registration or license with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience (excluding internship)
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture (2016 or higher) with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Excellent portfolio highlighting your previous architectural works
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Project management abilities to ensure timely project completion
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within US business hours
  • Reliable home office setup, including: i5 or higher processor with at least 8GB DDR4 RAM (preferably i7 latest generation/version), Hard Drive: 512GB SSD (1TB preferred) with a minimum of 250GB free space, Video Card: GTX/RTX 4GB 3050Ti (preferably 6GB 3060), OS: Windows 10 or higher, Internet Connection: Minimum 25MBPS download and 10MBPS upload, Familiarity with architectural design software such as Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
