Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Summary

Join Brave Health as a full-time Licensed Therapist and provide outpatient telehealth services from the comfort of your home. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends and a compensation package including a base salary plus bonus, with earning potential between $66,000 and $100,000. Brave Health covers liability insurance and provides an annual stipend for professional development. We are a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider, partnering with various commercial health plans. While an active Florida license is required to start, Brave Health offers reimbursement for licensure fees for new hires. We are committed to expanding access to high-quality, affordable behavioral healthcare.

Requirements

• Have an active FL license
• Master's level degree (LCSW, LMHC, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent credential)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Meets background/regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments

• Fluency in English, Spanish
