Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, quoting and selling insurance, and becoming a subject matter expert on carrier products. Requirements

• Have an active Property and Casualty license in your home state (multiple states a plus)
• Have 2+ years of proven success in selling P&C Insurance with deep knowledge of auto and home products
• Be passionate about sales, customers, and success
• Have proficient computer skills with proven ability to learn & retain new systems & processes
• Be able to handle and manage a high volume of sales opportunities
• Have expert ability to cross-sell in call & after bind
• Have excellent interpersonal verbal and written business communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to quote and sell auto and home insurance across all main carriers
• Provide customers with a professional & high value experience
• Become a subject matter expert with each of our carrier’s insurance products
• Build & maintain specific personal lines insurance knowledge of all states and carrier products to effectively counsel insurance customers
• Focus heavily on policy retention and lifetime value
• Operate from a solution-oriented mindset
• Execute all duties and assignments as directed by management
