Requirements

• Must have completed high school or equivalent
• Must have an active property and casualty license or be able to complete the state exam for your license prior to starting your on-the-job training
• Must have experience using Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound phone calls and manage outbound follow up calls with prospects
• Gather pertinent information necessary to offer a quote while thoroughly answering questions and setting proper expectations regarding products and the sales process
• Verify the accuracy of supporting employment, down payment, appraisal, and financial documentation received
