Summary

Join Lodgify, a fast-growing vacation rental software company, as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. You will sell insurance products to customers, focusing on upselling Lodgify's Damage Protection. Responsibilities include engaging with existing customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring product presentations. You will also gather customer feedback to improve products. This role requires a Property and Casualty License, sales experience, excellent communication skills, and full-time availability. Requirements

  • You have an active Property and Casualty License - P&C License - (valid in at least one state in the US)
  • You have previous experience in selling Property and Casualty Insurance Products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You are based in the US
  • You have previous experience in Sales, including outbound calls
  • Desire to learn and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment
  • Availability to work full time - from 9am to 6pm in your time zone

Responsibilities

  • Upsell Lodgify’s Damage Protection Product: engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling Lodgify's Damage Protection. Utilize a deep understanding of the client's operations to tailor product presentations and demonstrate how our solutions can add value. This will be done through outbound calls
  • Product Knowledge: develop a comprehensive understanding of Lodgify's Damage Protection product, including their features, benefits, and functionality. Effectively communicate the advantages of this product to customers and address any inquiries or concerns
  • Customer Needs Analysis: proactively identify customer needs and requirements through effective communication and active listening. Tailor product positioning to meet or exceed these needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Consultative Approach: take a consultative approach to customer interactions, providing personalised recommendations and guidance to ensure the successful adoption of Lodgify's new products. Build strong relationships based on trust and expertise
  • Feedback Gathering: act as a conduit for gathering customer feedback on Lodgify's Damage Protection Product, collecting insights and suggestions to relay to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements and identify new opportunities for innovation

  • If you have experience in the vacation rental industry or a Travel Tech or SaaS company
  • If you have startup experience
