Requirements

• Fully Licensed in Arizona: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
• Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
• Individual and/or couples therapy experience
