Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We're seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to work remotely in Arizona, dedicated to improving access to high-quality, affordable mental health care. As a therapist, you'll provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals and have the option to provide services to couples and families.

Requirements

• An active, independent Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC)
• Residence in Arizona
• Though we do not require our providers to see Medicare patients, you must not have opted out from Medicare
• Have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote work with company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested)
• Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families)
• Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care

Benefits

• Competitive Compensation Package: $40.00 per hour
• Full-time clinicians will average between 26 and 35 clients seen per week
• Part-time clinicians will average between 7 and 20 clients per week (based on clinician availability; a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week are required)
