Requirements

• Be an active, independent Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Hold permanent GA residence
• Not have opted out from Medicare

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy, manage your schedule, and document notes in our EHR with a company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested)
• Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families)
• Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients
• Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care
