Licensed Pet Insurance Sales Agent

Summary

Join Pumpkin as a Customer Success Agent to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting and strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in a sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales, successful lead generation, and new business development
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license at the expense of the Company within 30 days of employment; subject to state requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a successful conversion rate as you complete an estimated 20-30 calls per day with a primary focus on closing new business
• Provide a best-in-show experience and capitalize on every lead with potential customers, educating them on all aspects of Pumpkin's policy and product offerings in order to consistently complete the sale
• Analyze customer motivation by gathering information and exploring concerns while handling objections with ease
• Act as a brand ambassador, establishing and building on positive experiences customers and potential customers have with Pumpkin
• Actively collaborate with your team to provide the best customer experience
• Participate in team meetings, elevating ideas around how to close more sales and/or improve the customer experience
