Join Mantra Health, a company revolutionizing student mental health care, as a Wisconsin Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. This fully remote, 1099 position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours between 9 am and 9 pm ET on weekdays or 9 am and 5 pm ET on weekends, with a minimum 5-hour commitment. You will provide virtual therapy to college students, conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborating with campus care teams. Requirements

• Hold a valid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Wisconsin
• Possess 1+ years of experience in an outpatient community mental health setting
• Expertise in treating common mental health conditions among college-aged students including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders
• Understand culturally responsive treatment and have experience with diverse patient groups
• Comfortable assessing the urgency of escalating risk scenarios
• Equipped with a quality video camera and a stable internet connection to facilitate virtual care

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality, culturally competent virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments
• Conduct biopsychosocial intakes focused on whole-person care with clear diagnostic assessments
• Engage with patients through our collaboration portal
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and on-campus treatment providers
• Document clinical encounters for effective care coordination
• Partner with our care navigation team to support students
• Collaborate with campus care teams to create longer-term treatment plans when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Multi-state licensure is an added advantage as we operate in all 50 states

• $47 per follow up session completed (30-minutes)
• $50 for all no-show intakes, $25 for all no-show follow-ups
