This is a commission-only position with an average annual income of $50,000-$120,000+, and earnings are uncapped.

Requirements

• Maintain an active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and be located in Parker county, TX
• Possess some residential real estate transaction experience, or an active real estate license plus a strong sales background
• Demonstrate passion for delivering outstanding customer experience and adaptability to help customers on their schedule
• Exhibit strong communication skills (written and oral) to engage with customers and colleagues
• Display a drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility

• Utilize free Facebook and Instagram ads for every listing, with 1000 views guaranteed
• Employ unique products to win business, such as Orchard Move First, Orchard Concierge, and Orchard Cash Offer + Upside
• Provide transaction coordination services on every deal
• Leverage access to Orchard Mortgage and Orchard Title for seamless transactions
• Utilize best-in-class sales materials and participate in training programs
