Summary

Join Seven Starling, a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services, as an Independently Licensed Telehealth Therapist. You will deliver high-quality care to perinatal patients, utilizing evidence-based models in a telehealth setting. This fully remote, flexible position requires a minimum of one year of experience working with perinatal patients and in telehealth, along with an independent license in Arizona. Requirements

• Currently independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist in Arizona
• Reside in Arizona
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
• Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
• Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
• Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
• Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving perinatal patients
• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
• Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
