Summary
Join Seven Starling, a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services, as an Independently Licensed Telehealth Therapist. You will deliver high-quality care to perinatal patients, utilizing evidence-based models in a telehealth setting. This fully remote, flexible position requires a minimum of one year of experience working with perinatal patients and in telehealth, along with current independent licensure as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist in Illinois. Requirements
- Currently independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist in Illinois
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
- Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
- Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
- Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
- Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving perinatal patients
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
- Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare
Responsibilities
- Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients
- Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
