Summary

Join Bend Health, a revolutionary mental health organization for kids and teens, as a part-time, 1099, remote Licensed Therapist! This role involves practicing evidence-based techniques, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, piloting new therapy protocols, and participating in training. You will be working with a fun, collaborative, and supportive team to help shape the future of pediatric mental health. Experience with pediatric trauma is required, and EMDR training is preferred. The position offers flexibility with evening and potential Saturday hours.

Requirements

• Practicing at the top of your license as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• Licensed in Washington
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Organized and excited by a dynamic team environment
• Warm and engaging clinical style
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
• Availability to work evening hours

Responsibilities

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Preferred Qualifications

• EMDR training preferred
• Licensed in Washington + other states is a bonus
• Potential opportunity to work Saturdays
