Requirements

• Licensed Therapist in WA (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a relevant field
• Empathetic and intuitive listening skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency using a computer and the ability to learn how to use new computer programs quickly
• Passion for improving access to high-quality care for anxiety & depression

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-focused care
• Build relationships with patients
• Work in a telemedicine environment
• Document notes in multiple systems
• Navigate ambiguous environments and iteratively improve processes
• Collaborate with doctors managing patients' medication for ADHD, anxiety, and depression

Preferred Qualifications

• License in multiple states
• Entrepreneurial experience and experience working at startups
