Requirements
- You have 1β5 years of experience and a degree in a relevant field (e.g., languages, translation, linguistics), or you demonstrate strong familiarity with languages and linguistic concepts and are comfortable working with multilingual content
- You have strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines and priorities
- You have technical βaptitudeβ; Comfortable executing scripts and manipulating files to manage test inputs and outputs. Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL) is a plus
- You are comfortable working with technology and open to leveraging tools like LLMs to automate tasks
- You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a demonstrated ability to quickly master QA processes, embrace diverse project roles, and thrive in dynamic team environments
- You are detail-oriented with a keen ability to review results, identify discrepancies, and investigate issues thoroughly
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and can collaborate effectively in an international team setting
Responsibilities
- Design and execute benchmarks using audio and text data across multiple languages
- Analyze benchmark results and report issues affecting NLU and/or ASR
- Oversee and coordinate localization and audio data collection efforts utilizing internal and external resources
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee optimal quality in all delivered materials
